Franak Viacorka serves as the Chief Advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the President-elect of Belarus. He oversees her Office’s operations and leads international diplomatic efforts. He is also Vice President of the Digital Communication Network and a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council.
Franak holds an MA from American University (Washington D.C.) and a BA from Warsaw University (Poland).
